TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
INTRODUCTION
The whole site is the property of Les Cartographes SAS, as well as all rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, total or partial, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. The present document defines in a comprehensive way the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to the contractual relations between Les Cartographes SAS and the buyer, or customer.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The customer acknowledges having read, at order placement time, the terms and conditions of sale set forth in the present Terms and Conditions and having formally accepted them without reservation.
PRODUCTS
Pictures illustrating the products cannot be considered as a contractual element.
Les Cartographes SAS cannot be held responsible for any error or omission in the pictures, texts, graphics, information or features of the products or in case of features modification of a product by one of our suppliers.
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they appear on the site and subject to availability.
All our products are in compliance with the existing French law.
Most of our products are guaranteed by the supplier against manufacturing defects but not against normal wear and tear due to regular use or misuse of the product.
PRICES
Prices are set in euros and all orders are payable in euros.
The prices indicated in the product sheets include French VAT, which currently stands at 20%. It does not include shipping costs.
The price charged is the price indicated on the order confirmation that includes the price of the product (all taxes included), packaging and transport costs.
Les Cartographes SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order subject to availability at this date.
For EU countries customers, we do not refund VAT and you will pay French VAT.
Les Cartographes SAS retains ownership of the products until full payment of the order by the customer.
ORDERS
In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 March 2000, at any event, providing the credit card number online and the final validation of the order will be considered proof of the whole said order and will be considered a payment of the amounts committed by the writing of items appearing on the order form. This validation is equivalent to a signature and implies acceptance of all operations carried out on the site.
The validation of the order by the customer entails final acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
All orders will be confirmed by SAS Les Cartographes by an e-mail sent to the customer following the validation of the order.
However, SAS Les Cartographes reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The time required for processing an order is understood to start upon receiving the full payment for the order.
SAS Les Cartographes cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an error concerning the information provided by the customer when placing the order.
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payment is made according to the methods chosen by the customer among those proposed by SAS Les Cartographes. Payment by credit card (bearing the CB symbol) online and via PayPal is allowed.
A validated order will only be considered effective after SAS Les Cartographes have received the full amount from the concerned bank payment centre.
In case of payment problem, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed by e-mail.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have, at any time, a right to access, modify, correct or delete any of your personal data, by sending us an e-mail and proving your identity.
DELIVERY
After confirmation, Les Cartographes SAS undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all reference items ordered by the customer.
The transport company undertakes by contract with Les Cartographes SAS to deliver the order to the address provided in the order, within the delivery deadline chosen by the customer, and necassarily to respect this time limit. The average time for delivery is 48 hours.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Saturday at the address you have specified.
The delivery made by Poste Colissimo Expert can be done directly to the intended recipient or in case of absence, to a person authorized by the customer.
Possible delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages, cancellation of the order or a reduction in the price paid by the customer.
In case of error, defect or non-conformity concerning the products, the customer can return the products only if they are complete products, in their original condition and accompanied by an invoice copy.
The customer has the right of return under the conditions provided in this document. Each package must be verified by the customer on arrival and he/she has a period of 48 hours to make any claims to the carrier in case something is missing or has been damaged.
Les Cartographes SAS cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract, in case of force majeure, disruptions or general strike, total or partial, including postal services, flood, storm or fire.
RETURN AND REFUND
The customer may return any product to SAS Les Cartographes within 14 days (from the date of receipt of the last item delivered) for exchange or refund without penalty.
Products must be complete, undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by their accessories if applicable.
The right of cancellation applies to all items. SAS Les Cartographes will refund the amount paid by the customer (refund of the order amount + standard shipping costs of item delivery) within a maximum of 14 days. In the case of a partial return of the order, the refund will be made to the customer for an amount equal to the price of the product that was the subject of the cancellation.

PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected from the customer is essential for processing orders, issuing invoices and guarantees. Failure to provide certain information will prevent the order from being validated.
In accordance with Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning yourself. Your customer account can be modified and updated in the "Your account" menu.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All texts and images reproduced on the banditmanchot-boutique.net website are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
Copying or downloading all or part of the content of the site for any purpose other than private use is not allowed except with prior express authorisation from SAS Les Cartographes.
Any use that does not comply with these provisions is considered to be counterfeiting and is subject to penalties under the Intellectual Property law.
APPLICABLE LAW
In the event of a litigation, the customer will first contact the company to try and reach an amicable solution.
Any litigation relating to the contractual commitments between SAS Les Cartographes and its customers is subject exclusively to French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties mentioned, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction without exception.
