Refund policy
To return your order, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving the last item delivered:
- Email us at shop@banditmanchot.net to inform us of your wish to return the item, including your order number.
- Pack your item carefully, ensuring it is complete, undamaged, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
- Include the delivery note you received with your package inside your return.
- Send the package to the following address, using your preferred carrier:

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and no returns will be accepted without the delivery note included in the package and without a return request submitted beforehand on the website.
- How much does it cost to return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, using the carrier of your choice. If the error is ours (wrong item received, defective item), we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
- What is the refund processing time?
Your refund will be processed within 15 days, directly to the payment method used to place your order.
The right of withdrawal applies to all items except gift cards and personalized products. Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. is committed to refunding the amounts paid by the customer (refund of the order amount + standard shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days.
In the case of a partial return, the refund will be issued to the customer for an amount equal to the price of the returned item.
