PREAMBLE

This website and all related rights are the sole property of SAS Les Cartographes. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is subject to the owners' authorization.

This document fully defines the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to the contractual relationship between SAS Les Cartographes and the buyer, referred to as the customer.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general terms and conditions of sale set forth in this document and formally declares their unreserved acceptance.

 

PRODUCTS

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
SAS Les Cartographes cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the photos, texts, graphics, information, or product specifications, or for any changes to product specifications made by our suppliers.
Our product offers and prices are valid while they are displayed on the website, subject to availability.
All our products comply with current French legislation. Most of our products are guaranteed by the supplier against manufacturing defects, but not against normal wear and tear resulting from regular use or misuse.

 

PRICES

Prices are expressed in euros and all orders are payable in euros.

The price shown on the product pages includes French VAT, which is currently 20%. This product price does not include shipping costs.
The price charged is the price shown on the order confirmation and includes the price of the product (all taxes included), packaging, and shipping costs.
Les Cartographes SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability on that date.
For customers in EU member states, we do not refund VAT, and you will pay French VAT.
Les Cartographes SAS retains ownership of the products until full payment of the order by the customer.

 

ORDER

In accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000, in all cases, the online provision of the bank card number and the final validation of the order shall constitute proof of the entirety of said order and shall render the sums committed by the selection of the items appearing on the order form due and payable. This validation constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the website.
Validation of the order by the customer constitutes final acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
All orders will be confirmed by SAS Les Cartographes by an email sent to the customer after validation of their order.

However, SAS Les Cartographes reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute concerning payment for a previous order.
Order processing times are calculated from the date of receipt of full payment for the order.

SAS Les Cartographes cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an error concerning the information provided by the customer when placing an order.

 

PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

Payment is made according to the method chosen by the customer from those offered by SAS Les Cartographes. Payments by credit card (bearing the CB logo) are accepted online and via PayPal.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective once SAS Les Cartographes has received the full invoiced amounts from the relevant banking payment centers.
In the event of a payment problem, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified by email.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to all of your personal data at any time by writing to us and providing proof of your identity.

 

DELIVERY

Upon confirmation, SAS Les Cartographes commits to delivering all items ordered by the customer to its shipping company.

The shipping company is contractually obligated to SAS Les Cartographes to deliver the order to the address provided during the ordering process, within the delivery timeframe chosen by the customer, and to strictly adhere to this timeframe. The average delivery time is 48 hours.
Delivery will be made Monday through Saturday to the address you have provided.
Delivery, carried out by Colissimo (French postal service), may be made by direct delivery of the product to the named recipient or, in their absence, to a person authorized by the customer.
Any delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages, cancel the order, or receive a price reduction.

In the event of an error, defect, or non-conformity concerning the products, returns will only be accepted for complete products, in their original condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The customer has the right to return the product under the conditions stipulated in this document.

Each package must be checked by the customer upon arrival, and they have 48 hours to file any claims with the carrier in case of missing or damaged items.
SAS Les Cartographes cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruptions or general strikes, whether total or partial, particularly affecting postal services and means of transport, flooding, storms, or fires.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The customer has 14 days (from the date of receipt of the last item delivered) to return any product to SAS Les Cartographes for exchange or refund without penalty.
Products must be complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.
The right of withdrawal applies to all items, and SAS Les Cartographes undertakes to refund the amounts paid by the customer (refund of the order amount + standard shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days. In the case of a partial return, the refund will be issued to the customer for an amount equal to the price of the product from which the return was made.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts and images reproduced on the website "banditmanchot.net" are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
Copying or downloading all or part of the website's content for any use other than private use is prohibited without the prior express authorization of SAS Les Cartographes.
Any use that does not comply with these provisions constitutes infringement and is subject to penalties under intellectual property law.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

In the event of a dispute, the client should first contact the company to seek an amicable solution.

Any dispute relating to the contractual obligations between SAS Les Cartographes and its clients is governed exclusively by French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the aforementioned parties, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction without exception.
