INTRODUCTION

​

The site is the property of Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. in its entirety, as well as all rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, totally or partially, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. This document defines in a complete way the general conditions of sale applicable to the contractual relations between the S.A.R.L. Les Cartographes and the buyer, called customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The customer acknowledges having read at the time of placing the order, the terms and conditions of sale set forth in this document and expressly fully accept them.

 

PRODUCTS

​

Pictures illustrating the products cannot be considered as contractual element. Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. cannot be held responsible for any error or omission in the pictures, texts, graphics, informations or features of the products or in case of features modification of a product by one of our suppliers.
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they appear on the site, while stocks last. All our products are in compliance with the French legislation in force.
All of our products are guaranteed by the supplier against manufacturing defects but not against normal wear and tear due to regular use or misuse.

 

PRICES

​

Prices are in euros and all orders are payable in euros. The indicated price in the product sheets includes French VAT, which is currently 20%. It does not include shipping costs.
The price charged is the price indicated on the order confirmation that includes the price of the product (all taxes included), packaging and transport costs.
Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order subject to availability at this date. For EU countries customers, we do not refund VAT and you will pay French VAT. Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. retains ownership of the products until full payment of the order by the customer.

 

ORDER

In accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000, in any cases, the online supply of the credit card number and the final validation of the order will be proof of the order completeness and will be worth the sums committed by the entering the items on the order form. This validation is worth signature and express acceptation of all the operations carried out on the site.
The validation of the order by the customer is worth final acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Every order will be confirmed by Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. by an e-mail sent to the customer after validation of his order.
However Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an issue about a payment of a previous order.
The order turnaround times are as of the reception of the whole payment of the order. Les Cartograhes S.A.R.L. can not be held responsible for the consequences of an error concerning the information provided by the customer when ordering.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Payment is made according to the methods chosen by the customer among those proposed by Les Cartographes S.A.R.L.
Are authorized, payments by credit card (bearing the acronym CC) online and PayPal.
The validated order by the customer will only be considered as effective when Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. will have collected the full invoiced amount from the banking centers involved.
In case of payment issue, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be informed by email. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose all your personal data at any time by writing, by mail and with a proof of your identity.

 

DELIVERY

​

After confirmation, Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all references ordered by the customer.
The transport company undertakes by contract with Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. to deliver the order to the address provided during the order, within the delivery period chosen by the customer and to respect it imperatively. The average time for delivery is 48h.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Saturday at the address you’d specified.
The delivery made by Poste Colissimo Expert can be done directly to the intended recipient or in case of absence, to a person authorized by the customer.
Possible delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages, cancellation of the order or a reduction in the price paid by the customer.
In case of error, defect or non-conformity concerning the products, the customer can return the products only if they are complete products, in their original state and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The customer has the right of return under the conditions provided in this document. Each package must be verified by the customer on arrival and he has a period of 48 hours to make any claims to the carrier in case of lack or degradation.
The S.A.R.L. can not be held responsible for non-performance of the contract, in case of force majeure, disruption or general strike, total or partial, including postal services, flood, storm or fire.

 

SHRINKAGE - REFUND

​

The customer gets 14 days (from the date of receipt of the last item delivered) to return any product to Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. for an exchange or a refund without penalties.
The products must be complete, intact, in their original packaging and accompanied by any accessories.
The right of retraction is valid on all articles and Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. agrees to refund the sums paid by the customer (reimbursement of the amount of the order + standard postage) within a maximum period of 14 days.
In case of a partial return of the order, the refund will be made to the benefit of the customer for an amount equal to the price of the product having been the object of the retraction. You must notify us of any problem at shop@banditmanchot.net or by mail at our postal address (see section Contact).

 

PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected from the customer is essential for the processing of orders, the issuing of invoices and guarantees. The lack of certain information excludes the validation of the order. In accordance with Article 34 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. You have the option to modify and update your customer account from "Your account". You proceed by sending us a letter to our mailing address or an e-mail to shop@banditmanchot.net.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts and images shown on the website "banditmanchot-boutique.net" are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
Copying or downloading all or part of the content of the site for a use other than private, is prohibited without the prior express authorization of Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. Any use that does not comply with these provisions is constitutive of counterfeit and subject to the penalties for intellectual property.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

In case of dispute, the customer will first contact the company to find an amicable settlement.
Any dispute relating to the contractual commitments binding Les Cartographes S.A.R.L. to its customers is subject exclusively to French law. In the absence of amicable agreement between the parties mentioned, the French courts will be competent without any exception.
